Membership - The Ashlow Society

Thank you for your interest in securing access to current and future vintages of our flagship wine Ashlow by joining the Ashlow Society. With the elite status of membership, you will enjoy the following:

• An annual shipment of 6 or 12 bottles of Ashlow, our limited-production Napa Valley cabernet sauvignon proprietary blend, at a 20% discount and with Ground shipping included
• 20% discount on all of your other purchases from JuneRay as well
• The right to nominate and vote for your choice of charities for JuneRay’s yearly donation of 10% of its annual profits
• First-priority access to new limited-production and special-release wines from JuneRay
• Insider news about the winery and upcoming events
• No membership fee and the ability to cancel at any time (although we are confident that you would never want to do so)

At JuneRay we will never sacrifice the quality of our wines for the sake of expansion, so the Ashlow Society will remain highly exclusive into the future. Ashlow Society Terms and Conditions:

1. You must be 21 year of age or older to join.
2. We have the right to change the rules, benefits, quantities and allocations at any time. We will not, however, increase your shipments without contacting you.
3. You may retire from the Ashlow Society at any time and for any reason by contacting us here. We cannot, however, change shipments or accept returns after shipments have been charged to your credit card and shipped.
4. Your credit card will be charged automatically per delivery, plus any extra charges for shipping (e.g., upgrade to air shipping) and applicable sales tax.
5. Credit cards will be charged just prior to shipments.
6. If your credit card is rejected for any reason, we will try to contact you, but we cannot be responsible. Please contact us if your information changes.
7. All shipments will be Ground unless you request otherwise or Ground is not an option to your state (e.g. Hawaii).
8. We can only ship to states that allow it.
